U.S. Army World War II veteran Frank Andrews, 94, received the Purple Heart, American Campaign Medal, European-African-Middle Eastern Campaign Medal, World War II Victory Medal, American Defense Service Medal, and the Army Good Conduct Medal on November 3, during a surprise ceremony at the First Division Museum at Cantigny Park in Wheaton, IL.
Andrews was honored with an award ceremony for awards that he never received after his service and actions during World War II.
