Petty Officer 1st Class Jason Parrish, a crewmember aboard the U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Dallas, is used as a human jungle gym by children at the Sekondi school for the deaf, July 16. Dallas is deployed to the region under the direction of Commander, U.S. Naval Forces Europe-Commander, U.S. Sixth Fleet, in support of Africa Partnership Station. APS is an initiative aimed at strengthening global maritime partnerships through training and other collaborative activities in order to improve global maritime safety and security.
