Service members and staff at Tripler Army Medical Center shield Sailors assigned to the amphibious assault ship USS Bonhomme Richard acting as casualties from the downdraft of an MH-53 Sea Dragon, assigned to Marine Heavy Helicopter Squadron 362, during a mass casualty drill. More than 70 Sailors were flown to Tripler after a mock explosion aboard guided missile destroyer USS O'Kane as part of Rim of the Pacific 2008. RIMPAC is the world's largest multinational exercise.
