Cpl. Austin Leake, a field radio operator with 8th Communications Battalion, presents the Afghanistan Campaign Streamer to Lt. Col. Joseph Delaney, commanding officer of 8th Comm. Bn. aboard Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, Nov. 7. After the streamer ceremony, Leake received a Purple Heart for wounds received in action on Nov. 16, 2012 in Afghanistan.
