Warrant officer candidates Christopher Lewis (left), of Alabaster and Christopher Parham (right), of Rainsville finish the last stretch of their 10K (6.2 miles) road march Sunday morning with a sprint. Lewis and Parham are both members of the 135th Expeditionary Sustainment Command in Homewood. As warrant officer candidates at the warrant officer candidate school located at the National Guard Training Center in Fort McClellan, Lewis and Parham must successfully complete the road march within two hours while carrying a weapon and a 35-40 lb ruck-sack.
