Pfc. Marcus Beedle uses "leader follow" mode to control the Legged Squad Support System at Fort Devens, Massachusetts. The system was operated by Marines from 1st Battalion, 5th Marine Regiment as part of a technical assessment Nov. 6, 2013. The LS3 is being developed by Boston Dynamics to assist Marines in field operations.
