Several emergency responders from around the country participated in an instructor training course on Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling. Michael Wear (left), director of education for the International Police Mountain Bike Association and a police sergeant with the Washington Metropolitan Police Department lead the "train the trainer" course during the week of Nov. 4-8, 2013. Two members of Temple University's Campus Safety Services, both sworn Pennsylvania certified police (in yellow) participated in the training.
