Sgt. Patrick Weber, Anderson, Ind., truck commander, illustrates the effects of an improvised explosive device that struck his vehicle during a convoy security mission near Mosul, Iraq. The Indiana National Guard Soldier is providing security for logistical supply convoys in northern Iraq. Weber's unit, A Battery, 163rd Field Artillery, is supporting counterinsurgency missions of Operation Iraqi Freedom along with more than 3,000 Soldiers of the Indiana National Guard 76th Infantry Brigade Combat Team.
