HOUSTON -- A Gippsland Aeronautics GA-8 "Airvan," aircraft accelerated down the runway on take-off. It is one of the Civil Air Patrol aircraft that came to West Houston Airport to support the assessment of Hurricane Rita impact assessment mission.
