Marines perform a site survey before setting up an air traffic navigational, integration and coordination system at Tacloban airport Nov. 18 during Operation Damayan. The 3rd Marine Expeditionary Brigade is assisting the Philippine government's ongoing relief efforts in response to the aftermath of Typhoon Haiyan.
