From the left, Sgt. Maj. Steven Bridgeforth, Sgt. 1st Class William Keys, Sgt. 1st Class Kyle Glenn and Capt. Curtis Sampson, all from the 85th Support Command, pose for a photo during the opening day of the Steve & Marjorie Harvey Foundation mentorship weekend for young men at Chicago State University, Nov 15. Soldiers from units all over Chicago participated in the Steve & Marjorie Harvey Foundation mentorship for young men program to pair up with 100 young men (teens) from single-mother homes. The soldiers were engaged all weekend at Chicago State University in workshops, team building exercises, panel discussions, and physical training exercises. The goals for the weekend were to share and teach the Principles of Manhood to the young men, enable them to achieve their dreams and become better men who are emotionally, politically, and economically strong. The 100 young men were selected from hundreds of applicant submissions. (U.S. Army photo by Anthony L. Taylor)
