Lt. Gen. Jeffrey Talley and his wife Linda meet with Dr. F. King Alexander, president and chancellor of Louisiana State University Nov. 22. The Talleys are both alumni of the university where the general earned his commission through the Reserve Officer Training Corps program and has since risen to the position of Chief of Army Reserve and commanding general of U.S. Army Reserve Command.
