The sketch of a young woman looks down from the cement wall over the door into the F.E. Warren Air Force Base curation facility known as “the bunker.” The artwork, believed to have been drawn sometime around 1920, is just one of many pieces of graffiti discovered as decades of paint was stripped from the walls as an old potato storage cellar was converted to a state-of-the-art archive for historical documents and artifacts.
