Djibouti Armed Forces (FAD) Maj. Gen. Fathi Ahmed Houssein (right) renders his final salute during his retirement ceremony at a Djiboutian base near Camp Lemonnier, Nov. 28, 2013. Fathi retired after more than 54 years of military service and was the chief of defence for the FAD.
