A 421st Fighter Squadron F-16 Fighting Falcon is being towed from an in-flight emergency when the nose tire busted when landing from a flight on Hill Air Force Base, Utah, Nov. 19, 2013. The 388th Fighter Wing, including the 421st and the 4th Fighter Squadron, are participating in a three-day surge exercise to test and maintain all personnel and equipment readiness and response time for future real-world situations.
