Marines and sailors with Black Sea Rotational Force 14 practice mountaineering techniques alongside Romanian soldiers with the 22nd Battalion, 61st Mountain Brigade in Miercurea Ciuc, Romania Nov. 25, 2013 during Exercise Platinum Lynx 14.3. BSRF-14 trained alongside the Romanian soldiers as part of their mission to increase interoperability and security cooperation activities in the Eastern European region.
