U.S. Army Maj. Gen. Les Eisner, Deputy Adjutant General, South Carolina National Guard, presents Richard Culliver from Lexington, S.C. with flight wings during his visit to McEntire Joint National Guard Base to be a S.C. Army National Guard Pilot for a Day, Dec. 4th, 2013. Richard got the opportunity to sit in multiple rotary wing aircraft, fly an aircraft simulator and was honored with a set of aviator wings making him an honorary pilot.
