Allied foreign paratroopers from nine countries signed posters for Operation Toy Drop, signifying their participation in this year's event at Pope Airfield Dec. 4, 2013. The 16th Annual Randy Oler Operation Toy Drop, hosted by the U.S. Army Civil Affairs & Psychological Operations Command (Airborne), is the largest combined airborne operation in the world where Fort Bragg's paratroopers and allied jumpmasters donate toys to be distributed to children's homes and social service agencies in the local community.
