Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technician 3rd Class Kevin Posten, assigned to EOD Mobile Unit (EODMU) 5, shows Republic of Singapore Navy members how to construct a water bottle disruption device used for explosives training. The two nations participated in the bi-annual Miata Exercise which allowed them to share each others explosives-handling and response techniques, tactics and procedures, while also enhancing their interoperability.
