The USS New York completed a two day journey from Norfolk, Va. to Jacksonville Fla. December 6, 2013. As the New York pulled into port, the Marines from 2nd Marine Division teamed up with Sailors to 'Man the Rails,' a long-standing tradition where Marines and Sailors stand side-by-side in order to show the unity between the Navy and Marine Corps.
