Jose Centeno before he is presented his Lancero badge at the Colombian military's National Training Center in Tolemaida, Dec. 3. Centeno, a Cuban-American from Kissimmee, Fla., is assigned to the 2nd Battalion, 7th Special Forces Group based at Eglin Air Force Base, Fla. Centeno placed second overall in his graduating class.
