    Colombian Maj. Gen. Juan Pablo Rodriguez Barragan, the commander of the Colombian National Army, congratulations Staff Sgt. Jose Centeno before he is presented his Lancero badge at the Colombian military's National Training Center in Tolemaida, Dec. 3. Centeno, a Cuban-American from Kissimmee, Fla., is assigned to the 2nd Battalion, 7th Special Forces Group based at Eglin Air Force Base, Fla. Centeno placed second overall in his graduating class.
