San Diego emergency medical personnel and the crew of a Coast Guard MH-60 Jayhawk helicopter move a woman from the helicopter to a gurney for transport to a local hospital after she was medically evacuated from a cruise ship by the aircrew and transported to Coast Guard Sector San Diego, Dec. 6, 2013. The crew of the Carnival Miracle contacted the Joint Harbor Operation Center just before 11 p.m. Thursday requesting a medevac for the 34-year-old American woman, who began experiencing internal bleeding while aboard the cruise ship.
