Maine Gov. Paul LePage and First Lady Ann LePage invited members of the Maine Military Funeral Honors Program to their home at the Blaine House, Wednesday Dec. 4 for a luncheon to celebrate their 10,000 ceremony. The Governor said he is proud of the work these men and women do in bringing honor to our veterans. “Maine has a long and proud history of service to the nation in times of peace and war,” he said. “We pay tribute to the ones who put their needs second and the needs of all Americans first. We are a free people because of the bravery and dedicated service our military members give to our great nation.” (Maine Army National Guard photo by Sgt.
