    U.S. Coast Guard District 7

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (Dec. 7)--Coast Guard Cutter Kingfisher crewmen, Fireman Carlos Gonzalez, 20, from Los Angeles and Mr. Mike Orsa, from Sarasota, Fla., the Olympic Torch Runner of the day light the Olympic Torch before a large crowd gathered at the Jacksonville Landing about 8 a.m. today. Gonzalez was chosen by his command to help light the Torch because he is consistently a top performer and is a representation of the Coast Guard's core values of Honor, Respect and Devotion to Duty. Mr. Orsa, a computer programmer by trait and a native of New York City has volunteered his time to help with recovery efforts at the World Trade Center's "ground zero" for the past eleven weeks.
