Sailors aboard the amphibious assault ship USS Tarawa perform a burial at sea as the ship sails towards the Panama Canal Zone to participate in Fuerzas Alidas PANAMAX 2008, an annual multi-national exercise to train to defend the Panama Canal. This exercise spells the final chapter for Tarawa, which is slated for decommissioning in early 2009.
