Miami, FL (Mar. 26)--LTJG Janet Espino-Young, MST2 Kourtney Grinstead and MST2 Jeff Lovett lookover regulations pertaining to truck accident. The eighteen wheeler blew a tire on Port Miami Blvd. on its way to the offloading terminal. The truck was carrying corrosive materials that had to be inspected for damage or leaks by the Coast Guard.
