Brig. Gen. Robin Swan, a native of Pittsburgh, who serves as the deputy commanding general of Multi-National Division - Baghdad and the 4th Infantry Division, speaks with (from left), Spc. Brigade, 4th Inf. Div., before the start of their reenlistment ceremony at the "Ivy" Division Headquarters on Camp Liberty, Iraq, Aug. 4, 2008. Swan presided over the ceremony and administered the oath of reenlistment marking the continued careers of the four Soldiers while simultaneously pushing the brigade's fiscal year 2008 retention objectives past 100 percent.
