Riley is an infantryman from Wukalla, Fla., assigned to the 4th Brigade's 2nd Squadron, 7th Cavalry Regiment headquarters. The Soldier-cooks assigned to Company E, 27th Brigade Support Battalion, 4th Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division, are providing meals for approximately 1,000 troops stationed at the American base and at smaller locations in the city of Amarah.
