BRUNSWICK, Ga. (June 4, 2004)--Petty Officer 3rd Class Byron Flagg (BM3), from the Military Oou Load team. Jacksonvill, Fla., escorts the pirate ship Meka II. This sailboat was unaware of the secure zone and complied with the Coast Guard to anchor and wait for instructions. The boat was heading to the tall ship event in Jacksonville.
