PENSACOLA, Fla. (March 1, 2005)--Petty Officer 1st Class George Ruiz of the Coast Guard Response Boat-Small (RB-S) Project Residence Office in Port Orchard, Wa., watches as cranes hold a response boat in the water at a pier at Naval Air Station Pensacola, March 1. Coast Guard Teams with assistance from the Naval Survival Training Institute intentionally capsized the boat while conducting rollover stability and egress test.
