Emergency response unit cadets carry their fellow cadets over their shoulders at Combat Outpost Cash, Aug. 9, 2008, as part of their daily physical training, which is a portion of a four-week training that the cadets attend in order to become members of the Jisr Diyala ERU. More than 140 Iraqi police cadets attended the training as they vie to become part of the Jisr Diyala special reaction force to further expand the Iraq security forces capabilities in the area. The training was conducted by Multi-National Division – Baghdad Soldiers with the 59th Military Police Company Police Transition Team, 95th Military Police Battalion, 18th Military Police Brigade, and their ISF counterparts from the Jisr Diyala area.
