Steven Lincoln, a native of Rhode Island, who serves with Company A, 46th Engineer Combat Battalion (Heavy), 926th Engineer Brigade, Multi-National Division – Baghdad. Lincoln was recognized for "going swimming" in order to repair a broken water main at a local combat outpost in the East Rashid District of Baghdad.
