Soldiers with the 11th Iraqi army division attach chains to a barrier so it can be placed in the wall currently being constructed on the northwestern edge of Sadr City, Aug. 14, 2008. The wall is being built by members of the Iraqi army to help protect the citizens of Sadr City and to keep criminal elements from maneuvering in and out of the district.
