Staff Sgt. Philip Osborne, motor sergeant, Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 13th Sustainment Command, coasts down Support Avenue on his 49 CC motor-assisted bicycle. Osborne built the motor and mounted it on the bicycle himself. Osborne built the bicycle to save money, in light of rising fuel costs. His bicycle averages 80 – 100 miles to the gallon.
