Wolfe Aug. 21, 2008. The safety wire is used to secure pins and screws on the C-130 Hercules aircraft here at this undisclosed location in Southwest Asia. Sergeant Sidney J. Wolfe resides in Salem, Ohio, while his father, Sidney R. Wolfe lives in Hanover, Ohio. Both are here supporting Operations Iraqi and Enduring Freedom and Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa.
