After thirty three months of command, Kansas City, Kansas native Brig. Gen Kevin A. Leonard addressed the troops of the 1st Sustainment Command (Theater) one final time during his change of command ceremony at Ft. Bragg, NC. Leonard relinquished command of the 1st TSC to Brig. Gen. James E. Rogers, and will now become the G3 operations officer for the Army Materiel Command.
