A C-17 Globemaster III cargo aircraft is de-iced by members of the 315th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron out of Charleston Air Force Base, S.C., and the 446th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron from McChord Air Force Base, Wash., on the base flightline Dec. 11, 2013.
