An Iraqi air force King Air 350 light transport aircraft is started for the first all Iraqi aircrew flight at New al-Muthana Air Base, Iraq, on Sept. 6, 2008. This flight signifies the Iraqi air force is now capable of conducting missions from their intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance aircraft the Caravan.
