U.S. Army Staff Sgt. John Duncan, assigned to Golf Company, Forward Support Company, 2nd Battalion, 321st Filed Artillery Regiment, 4th Brigade, 82nd (Airborne) Division, is being pinned with the Italian jump wings from an Italian jumpmaster during the 16th Annual Randy Oler Operation Toy Drop, Dec. 7, 2013, at Sicily Drop Zone, Fort Bragg, N.C. Operation Toy Drop is the largest combined airborne operation in the world, with nine allied nations participating.
