Lt. Col. Timothy Watson, the commander of the 2nd Battalion, 4th Infantry Regiment, attached to the 1st Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, Multi-National Division - Baghdad, stands between his newest company commanders, Capt. Ryan Edwards, commander of Company B, and Capt. Emiliano Tellado, commander of Co. A, 2nd Bn., 4th Inf. Regt. Edwards, from Neoga, Ill., and Tellado, who hails from Orlando, Fla., assumed command Aug. 29, 2008 during a ceremony at Forward Operating Base Falcon, located in the Rashid District of southern Baghdad, Iraq.
