Laycock an Avionics Technician with Marine Light Attack Helicopter Squadron 367 (HMLA-367), starts his motorcycle during an advance motorcycle techniques course, aboard Marine Corps Base (MCB) Hawaii, Kaneohe Bay on December 11th, 2013. The purpose of the course was to create a high challenge low threat environment, in which motorcyclists are taught to operate their motorcycle properly.
