Corporal Phillip Jacoby, team leader, Bravo Company, 1st Battalion, 7th Marine Regiment, and a native of Kalamazoo, Mich., treats a simulated casualty during a counterinsurgency exercise on Range 220 at Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center Twentynine Palms, Calif., Dec. 9, 2013. The $140 million urban warfare training facility consists of more than 1,000 buildings and is divided into four sectors.
