Comedians Gary Owen, Daniel Dugar and Rodney Perry learn about the dive locker and decompression chamber aboard the submarine tender USS Frank Cable (AS 40) during a tour of the ship. The comedians visited the island of Guam as part of their “B4 they made you laugh” tour, sponsored by Morale, Welfare and Recreation's Armed Forces Entertainment, to thank service members for their service. Frank Cable, forward deployed to the island of Guam, conducts maintenance and support of submarines and surface vessels deployed in the U.S. 7th Fleet area of responsibility.
