Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) Washington Field Office employees Monica Davis and Pamela Smith (left to right), express happiness while presenting new, unused toys and games to Marine Corps Staff Sgt. Catalina Perez, Toys for Tots coordinator for the Washington area. Perez, Davis and Smith are based at the Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling (JBAB). Each year, JBAB-based Marines coordinate the Toys for Tots program in the District of Columbia. JBAB-based military members, civilian and contracted workers, their families and residents of JBAB, including civilians and special agents of the NCIS, donate toys and volunteer to support the Toys for Tots program to help make the holidays better for underprivileged and foster care children.
