Maj. Gen. Gregory L. Wayt, Ohio National Guard adjutant general, visited with Cincinnati native Spc. Rufus C. Anderson of the 216th Engineer Battalion. "I am glad to be here assisting the Louisiana National Guard with recovery efforts, I will be here until the end," said Anderson. The Ohio National Guard has mobilized approximately 1,000 Soldiers to assist the state during the clean-up process following Hurricane Gustav.
