Fort Bragg's 14th Human Resource Sustainment Center marches out to the waiting plane, Sept. 10, 2008, at Pope Air Force Base, NC. The 14th HRSC deploys to Kuwait to take over all of the Human Resource oversight in CENTCOM. One of the primary duties they will oversee is theater postal operations, where they have the responsibility of tracking all of the absentee ballots mailed from Iraq, Afghanistan and the other CENTCOM countries in the upcoming presidential election.
