The Coast Guard is seeking the public's assistance after receiving a report of an unmanned and adrift vessel approximately 7 miles south of Pearl Harbor, Dec. 28, 2013. The passenger vessel Sashimi I and the passenger vessel Reel Intent reported a small mono-hull white and light blue sailing vessel with a red broken mast adrift approximately 7 miles offshore south of Pearl Harbor.
