Contractors assigned to G4S Parsons Pacific aboard U.S. Navy Support Facility Diego Garcia heave line to secure the submarine tender USS Emory S. Land (AS 39) as it pulls into its homeport Dec. 11, 2013. The ship hasn't been homeported since Jan. 2011 as it has been forward deployed conducting coordinated tended moorings and afloat maintenance in the U.S. 7th Fleet area of responsibility.
