Sgt. 1st Class Todd Sturniolo, mentor for the 2014 U.S. Army All-American Bowl Marching Band, and trombone player for the U.S. Army Field Band, works with students during small group mentoring sessions at Catholic Christian High School in San Anotnio Dec. 31, 2013. Sturniolo was encouraging students to "feel the buzz" in their mouthpieces rather than forcing airflow which degrades the tone of the instrument.
