Culinary Specialist 2nd Class Andrea Coleman recites the meaning of the Independence-class littoral combat ship Pre-Commissioning Unit (PCU) Jackson (LCS 6) crest during a crest unveiling ceremony at Mariners Park Amphitheater, Naval Base San Diego. Jackson is currently under construction in Mobile, Ala., by Austral USA. A keel laying ceremony was held in October 2012, and the ship expects to be commissioned in 2015.
